Newly discovered music from Romania recorded under Ceaucescu’s harsh regime, ‘The Lost Tapes’ documents the genius lo fi electronic and prog directions of producer Rodion Rosca. Kept on reels and unreleased since the ‘80s, this is the first international outing for Rosca’s music.
