Shipping and return policies for !K7 Records
All orders are fulfilled by K7 Music and shipped from either our Austrian or UK warehouse.
Austrian Warehouse: Handles shipments to all European territories and the rest of the world. -
UK Warehouse: Processes orders placed within the UK.
If an item is out of stock in one warehouse, it will be shipped from the other warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.
US Warehouse: Processes orders placed within the UK. Only domestic shipments
- Shipping Methods
German orders: Shipped via GLS.
Austrian and rest-of-world orders: Shipped via Austrian Post.
Orders within the UK are shipped with Royal Mail.
Orders within the US are shipped via USPS media mail
Estimated Shipping Times
From the Austrian Warehouse:
Austria & Germany: 1-3 working days
European Union: 5-10 working days
Rest of the World: 10-30 working days
From the UK Warehouse:
UK: 1-5 working days
Rest of the World: 10-30 working days -
From the US Warehouse:
Estimated Shipping Times: 2-8 working days -
Orders are typically delivered within 30 days after acceptance, except for pre-orders. For pre-orders, an estimated shipping date will be provided based on stock availability. -

These delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays with domestic shipping services or unforeseen events.
