Shipping and Returns
All orders are fulfilled by K7 Music and shipped from either our Austrian or UK warehouse.
Austrian Warehouse: Handles shipments to all European territories and the rest of the world.
UK Warehouse: Processes orders placed within the UK.
If an item is out of stock in one warehouse, it will be shipped from the other warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.
Shipping Methods
German orders: Shipped via GLS.
Austrian and rest-of-world orders: Shipped via Austrian Post.
Orders within the UK are shipped with Royal Mail.
Estimated Shipping Times
From the Austrian Warehouse:
Austria & Germany: 1-3 working days
European Union: 5-10 working days
Rest of the World: 10-30 working days
From the UK Warehouse:
UK: 1-5 working days
Rest of the World: 10-30 working days
Orders are typically delivered within 30 days after acceptance, except for pre-orders. For pre-orders, an estimated shipping date will be provided based on stock availability.

Delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays with domestic shipping services or unforeseen events.

Limited edition policies:
Please note that select limited editions are strictly limited to one per customer. Orders exceeding this limit may be partially refunded or cancelled without notice.
